We are strongly committed to customer service and want to ensure that you have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience every time you shop with us.

1. Payment -
We accept payment by PayPal, debit and credit cards . All prices exclude delivery charges. You can also pay for items by phone 01183 277022

2. Delivery -
Standard UK delivery £3.95 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 will have free shipping applied for UK mainland addresses. All orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment being received. UK Standard Delivery should arrive within 2-4 working days.

For International orders, please email us at: info@shirleyz.com once you have placed your order. We will then be able to give you a quote for shipping.

3. Return policy -We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you’re not satisfied for any reason you may return your items (unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund.

4. Shirleyz Gift Vouchers:

•    Shirleyz gift vouchers can be redeemed in our shop in Wokingham (subject to availability).
•    We shall not be responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, impaired, corrupted, destroyed, deleted or used without permission.
•    Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the date of dispatch by us and will expire after such date.
•    If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher then no change will be given.
•    If the goods purchased exceed the amount of the gift voucher, the balance may be paid for by credit/debit card or cash when the gift voucher is redeemed.

5.  Shirleyz Loyalty Card gives you:

•    10% off ALL purchases for a year on Purchases over 15 GBP  (Not including sale items ).
•    A birthday gift, to the value £5. Simply come in-store during your birthday month to collect.  Proof of date required.
•    Invites to exclusive Shirleyz events.
•    News of product launches and updates on what’s happening in our store and online .

Terms and Conditions:

•    Card must be presented at time of purchase.
•    Non-transferable.
•    Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of card unless otherwise stated.
•    The 10% membership discount does not apply to purchases of gift vouchers.
•    Card discount is not available in conjunction with other in-store or online promotions unless otherwise stated.
•    Membership entitles you to receive a free birthday gift with an RRP of up to £5 which must be claimed in-store.
•    Card is not a bank card or a credit card and has no redeemable value.
•    Members must be aged 16 or older.
•    Goods purchased with the card discount are for personal use only and are not to be resold or further commercialised.
•    Shirleyz reserves the right to to cancel a Loyalty card at any time. Card only valid at participating Shirleyz outlets in the UK.
